Collector's Postage Stamp: Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye

Caroline was invited to create this limited edition stamp depicting the historic village of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye (in the Isère region of France), unveiled on the occasion of the release of the first 2026 episode of “Le village préféré des Français” ("The French People's Favorite Village") on France 3.

She also designed the first day cover postmark, as well as a series of small illustrations to outline the full stamp page and the accompanying text providing the history of Saint-Antoine-l’Abbaye.

Caroline Péron is much more than an illustrator artist, she dances with color, shadow, and light. Her illustrations immerse us in realms where sun, nature, and bodies converge beneath the perpetual movement of her pencil stroke.
