The Tale of Two Frogs: A Key Illustration for Taizen Osaka

This artwork captures the brand essence of Taizen – an organic store based in Osaka, that bridges the connection to its neighboring city of Kyoto. Inspired by a Japanese folktale about two frogs from each city meeting up, I imagined themselves having a great time talking about each other’s hometown, while enjoying a frothy matcha together.

This scene mirrors Taizen’s mission to bring the finest Kyoto Uji Matcha to Osaka.
